Demello Part#???

The saga continues! it's late Thurday afternoon and Jason has still not sent me a tracking number, so again I PM him and I can see he's logged into the FJ Forums, but takes him awhile to reply. Then finally a tracking number, but it doesn't register with UPS, so I send him another PM asking why. Well low and behold it hasn't shipped yet and his explaination was that the shipping slip was created yesterday but it was too late for shipment. I also finally got an answer for why wasn't it shipped last week when he said it was. Something about ICON and shipment and that I was suppose to get a phone call stating my order would be delayed. Well later tonight the UPS web site finally says they picked up the package with delivery tomorrow.

A little web searching showed several comments about Demello and communication, or lack therof. Supposedly customer service was top notch but commication about order status or shipping information was not forthcoming and that it was like pulling teeth, excatly my same experience. Lack of detailed order status and information! Then again he does state that they are swamped with order (really in this recession? good for them) but some information would be nice.
