It's been over 6 yrs since I last posted anything about my FJ Cruiser. The FJ Project has been finished for some time and over the last couple years nothing major has been added. The ARB bumper had signs of sun damage and a quick rattle can solved that problem. Now with new technologies like the iPad, the headrest screens are redundant and I may consider removing them. I have trickle charged the yellowtop more frequently, and thus has lasted for quite some time, but the main AGM Diehard bit the dust and since Sears no longer sells Diehards I went with an Interstate battery via Costco. There has been a couple of extra dents on the car including one on the rear that perplexes me since it's in such a high location, on the edge of the rear window!
As for the Land Cruiser, that project is finished and used as a recreational vehicle. It's undergone a radiator replacement and all the rusting areas has been addressed. Oil pan gasket has been replaced and the knuckles redone, so no more oil drips.
