I have both the rear door and side M-Pac Racks from Springtail Solutions. Awhile ago I opened the secret storage bag to find out that one of the claps was broken. I first tried to attach it without using that one strap and I wasn't satisfied that it was connected securely. I was hesitant to inform the company since it was more than a year since I had purchased the rear rack and hadn't opened the package with the bag in it until recently. Anyhow I sent DOC a picture of my concern and asked how I could fix this on my own and instead he responded by saying that he's sending me another one. Just this morning I was sent an email with the tracking number. WOW was I totally impressed. In this day and age, great customer service does exist and is thriving in the FJ world! Thanks to DOC at Springtail Solutions!!!
